You are welcome to visit our office. Our opening hours are from 08.00 till 17.30. You can make an appointment, but you are also welcome outsides our opening hours.

Autority Financial Markets
De Dutch Law 'Financiële Toezicht' sets high standards in terms of professionalism, integrity and financial probity and transparency. The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) has been charged by the legislature with the supervision of all financial service providers in the Netherlands. Floreijn is registered with the AFM under number 12016908. The AFM keeps a register of all license holders. This can be seen in via www.afm.nl.

Free in advice
Floreijn is completely free in advice. That means that we have no contractual obligations to advise you to choose the products of certain insurers.
We are a completely independent company. No bank, insurer or other provider of financial products have voting rights or a share in our capital.
Method of payment
For pension advice we operate on a reimbursement basis. In that case all our work on an hourly basis when you will be charged at fixed hourly rates upfront with you. For pension we charge a fixed subscription fee per year and a variable amount per employee.
For pension checks, we operate on the basis of a Performance Related Fee. This means that we start with the Pension Control without a fee that will be charged by us. Only when we see things in the implementation of the scheme, which yield a financial benefit for the employer or the pension fund, our fee will be a percentage amount of that benefit. The height of the percentage (in list form) is fixed in advance with you.
The cost of our activities in the field of healthcare and disability insurances are financed by the insurer with which we can put you in touch with you in advance unless we have agreed to another payment method.
What services do we provide
We advise, monitor and mutate to employers all matters relating to group pension-care and disability schemes. Both on the side of the employer and those of the insurers.
